Returns & Refunds

All damages or shortages should be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods.  Returns and refunds are acceptable up to 30 days from the date of purchase.  If there are any issues with any part of your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the problem. 
 
If you need to return any items this will be at the customer's expense and proof of postage should be obtained.  Once we receive the returned goods we will issue a refund in full to the original payment method.  
 
IMPORTANT - Pre-loaded Bait Carp Rigs
As these are made to order, all our pre-loaded bait carp rigs (boilies, popups and pellets) are non-returnable and non-refundable.  If  however, your order arrives damaged, please let us know.
